I've never tried the USA stuff but i've always said their Korean stuff smokes Epiphone...

the prices are a little high but i would love a Dean V...79 style with the flame top and cherryburst. Too sick.

I had a limited edition ML with a purple flame top/gold hardware/3buckers and it was amazing! Super light (felt like a toy to me tho, but would be perfect for long gigs), sounded great and the neck was like heaven.. I had to roll something real quick once so I had to sell it.. Sad day..
I also got a 79 V (white V single gold bucker, amazing axe) off of ebay dirt cheap once too that was a monster player. I had to liquidate it too..
Great guitars! I want them back!!

I too thought this was gonna be a rip on Dean about Dimebag. Daddio knew Dime, and Big D is very revered in this house. And I love the fact people can get guitars tha are close to what he was using. But the Dimebonics model is kinda sad to me.

Ahhh, 2001 to 2006s are $1200 to $1600 used in many cases. Good hunting. Those Vs are US Masters made. Great feel to them. The '04 USA V Pro line is under 1K used IIRC. Pro series are great guitars with Duncan 59N/JBB, Grover tuners, and Tonepro bridges stock. :approve:
