dimarzio norton sound clip

my first posting :headbang: i just put this dimarzio norton in my new ibanez s520 a few minutes ago. here's a clip of how it sounds through a vox amp (please excuse the mistakes, i'm not used to the 12th fret inaly yet )

Nice round sound dude!The Legato's shine ,and the picked notes have a nice warm attack.Maybe too thick for the Bridge for my ears.But maybe it's my speakers!

I love both the Norton and Air Norton. Both have that fantastic warm and singing sound, just like we get to hear it in you clip. Great clip man.

the inf2 stock pup that came with my s520 sounds really good too. i might go back to it, but the norton has a little more on the high end and a little less on the low end. it also seems to have a slightly wider dynamic range. the inf2 is really kick ass though. it's very clean for an alnico pup and it's tight and buttery smooth on the high end. i just wish it was ever so slightly higher in output.
