Cool---is it a takeoff on the Hagstrom Swede LP thing? That was a pretty decent guitar for the money back then and quite a few Euro players used them. I had one for a little while back in the day. Egmond also made a lot of strange oddball stuff as well as some good archtops.

It sounds nice... clear but nice and warm at the same time...na it is not a take of the Hagstorm thought the bridge and tail piece look identical...It is more a takeover of the single cut away LP junior, with twin humbukers I did see some of the ODDBALL guitarson the net when i put a search for egmond, but could not get any details on the model I have
