Epi Explorer FS/T

I just got this guitar from Donnie here on the forum. I always thought I wanted an Explorer, until I actually got one. It's kinda like a bedpan, it isn't comfortable anywhere. Other than that, it plays like a dream with really nice low action and a thinner than 50's profile neck. I've ended up playing it for 3 or 4 hours and just can't bond with the body shape. The guitar is in exellent condition and comes with an Epi Exp HSC. I'm thinking $350 OBO shipped in the CONUS or trades on guitars or pedals. Here's some pics.

These guitars are made to play standing up. I agree, they're not as comfortable as a strat style guitar.

Not trying to ruin your sale, but if you put the strap button to the back of the body like a current Gibbo/Hamer/Dean Z, etc...you will completely change the balance and feel of the guitar.

Not trying to ruin your sale, but if you put the strap button to the back of the body like a current Gibbo/Hamer/Dean Z, etc...you will completely change the balance and feel of the guitar.

I ALMOST did that when I had it but I didn't want to alter it & reduce the value. Lucid's not kidding, the guitar plays like butter and the stock pickups sound surprisingly good IMO.

The last couple of guitars you have had for sale I've been interested in. I just can't justify an instrument at the moment. :smack:

But that would look really cool with some white fur and a pearly gate in the bridge. Billy G. style! *ponders*
