everything Axe for a Direct body mounted guitar

Dear Members

I have bought an everything axe set, however I am wondering if the new version would be fitted in to my pickup slot. You can see the attached pictures, the pickups are directly mounted to the guitar body with the exact size of a single coil size pickup. I know the the cable in the everything axe is in the bottom middle of the pickup which might make the pick up cannot insert to the pickup slot. Is there anything I can do to install the sets of pickup?

The wire may not be an issue. It depends on the height of the coil and its distance from the strings. It also depends on where the wire is routed for each of the pickup routes. If the wire doesn't leave enough clearance you could cut a small channel with a dremel for the wire to lay in.
