I bought this CS-3 used from a dude. He decided instead of taking the rubber boot off an applying the velcro, he was gonna get rid of it and do a ****ty tape job on the bottom. He has a plate below the tape keeping it safe so it's all good.
I performed the Monte Allums mod myself. The pedal has become nearly a different pedal. Absolutely NO NOISE and so much clarity, making it an awesome boost pedal as well. I didn't bother changing out the led because I don't mind the red. I have no use for it anymore but I know anyone here can benefit from this pedal so I'm asking $80 for it or a trade if you have something that sparks my interest(;
