That is not all me singing though it was sung by a Robert. Robert Bennett, my bass player and singer deluxe sang on Drive, Strong, First You Say and shared vocals on Have Mercy as well as doing some other background stuff if I am not mistaken. He's an evil mofo on bass and can sing like nobodys business.
He's a killer human being as well and he is sort of the anti-Bob in the band. He's black and I'm white, He plays by ear and feel and I'm over schooled, I'm stiff in front of a mic and he has tones of feel.
He's a great compliment to me in the band and a great friend. Too bad the bastich just took an afternoon shift job. Now I have to re-work our whole schedule.
Such is life, get a drummer and the bass player wanders off. Thank God I can play the bass for writing and recording so we shouldn't slow down too much.
