Fast riff songs

Ok guys, I need some songs that have fast riffs that are fun to play, I mean constant fast or a lot of fast that requires picking fast on lower strings. I need to build up my riff speed and dexterity but I don't listen to hardcore or anything so I have no clue what to play other than Rhapsody which is impossible. Help me out guys!

It's filled with double picking, triplets, odd time sigs, funny fingerings, and string skipping. Fun!

Any Converge tabs you can find will be sweet, they only have one guitarist so he switches between leads and rhythm like rapid-fire. Umm Choking Victim/Leftover Crack do a neat trick where they go from ska to like HEAVY death metal so you might look into that for some fun. Poison the Well, Eighteen Visions, Curl Up and Die...all those bands are known for fast and heavy riffs...
