i picked HH since one of the guitars i play most has that config, but i like sss and tele style ss equally as much

I like neck and bridge humbuckers... why not stick a single coil between them?

I vote SS Tele... because I love the tele tone no matter what it's being used for.

i use HH al the time and don't realy ike single coils so i voted for it.

well, it depends on the guitar for me...but if i had to pick one style it would be HH...no matter what i hate having a middle pickup (i drop it all the way down on my strats) it just tends to get in the way.

HH for me, I just prefer 'buckers.

Not sure about the Fat Strat though. I like my 'buckers in a set-neck 24.75" scale axe with a single-cutaway maple-capped mahogany body. :13:

My preference seems to change with the seasons, but right now HSS seems like the killer combo. Great versatility and all kinds of wiring options. :laugh2:

I picked other because my favorite guitar has a somewhat unusual configuration. 1 single coil in the neck and one humbucker. I didn't want a middle single-coil, although I'm sure it'd offer more tone selection, simply because the way I pick, a middle pup is in the way.

Voted hss. My first guitar has that, and to this day it is the pickup config I like most. That being said, my other two electrics have hh, and get played lots more. Guess I like playing my Les Paul better than my Charvette.

Tele bridge and just about anything with matching output at the neck (SC, Firebird mini-HB, PAF, Phat Cat).
