Fender Frontman 25r

So I picked up a Frontman 25r to use as a practice amp. I just set it clean and run pedals through it. It's decent for what it is, but not great. Will swapping out the speaker make a decent improvement? I know it won't magically sound like a tube amp just by changing the speaker, just wondering if it'd be worth the extra $50-$75 or whatever.

I wouldn't bother with it, I use mine as a practice amp and think it sounds fine for that and impromptu jamming if called for. For the extra $50-$75 you could get a new pedal...

a good speaker for it may cost as much as the amp is worth...

it will make a noticable difference but if its worth it is up to you.
