For anyone that doesn't believe what we are saying, I have an entire conversation between this, and another forum member (whom I will not mention) that he is a thief, and that he planned on ripping Aaron off right from the beginning.

The pictures of the guitar he sent to Aaron initially were altered by this other member. The other member states he didn't know what the pictures were for, but was asked to alter them. So, I won't mention whom that person is, as he may not have known what he was getting involved with.

But, the conversation is between these 2 people (and also a 3rd member for a short period of time). I'll be more than happy to send this to anyone that has any doubts about this POS. But, I will remove the name of the other member to protect his reputation. See Aaron is nice, and did not want to rock the boat, but I don't care who I piss off here, this guy has gone to far.

That is totally ****ty of him to do, but it doesn't surprise me 1 bit. This guy is a complete piece of ****. Good luck getting your money back Aaron.

I had a pretty irritating experience with this critter too. I should have known better though. The way he hogs this spam board should have told me a thing or two about his ethics.

all i can say is from the very begining, i told aaron if he werent satisfied, i would refund his money, which we have been working on. last night he said he wanted pedals in return, which i told him i would be more than happy to do, i told him it was completely up to him. i'm not out to screw him period. if i wanted to screw him, i wouldnt have offered a refund to begin with. he says now he would like to have either of the strats. on our deal, i kept the case and the neck to his guitar, he may think thats his body, but in actuallity it is not, i can go and try to repurchase the guitar i sold with his body and put it back together if thats what he wants. its totally up to him on that. but if you decide you would rather have your original guitar, i'm telling you right now, it wont be the same body as picturd in this thread, no matter how much you think that it is the same body. your body was a stain blue color, and it still is. the body color on this one was a homemade metal flake blue when i bought it. so as ive told you over and over, i am more than willing to work with you and do whatever you want to make you happy with the trade.

I wanted to take a moment and say this.

Hellrider77 contacted me personally and we are going to try to work this out.

I was not trying to attack him I did want some explination and after a lot of waiting, wondering and hearing this this finally happened and I was a little upset.

I will continue to update this since I started it, but he did contact me and we are going to work it out it seems.

Your pretty funny douche bag. You gonna tell me that Fender made 2 IDENTICAL bodies, with IDENTICAL peice of wood? Look at the wood patterns on the guitars, they are IDENTICAL. Do you have a f'ing brain?

Oh, and as far as you never intending to rip Aaron off in the first place, BS! I have that conversation word for word. You had someone alter the picture of the guitar you told Aaron you were going to trade him, and that is in the conversation. The only time you started to back out of your words, is when you realized that Aaron wasn't stupid enough to see that what you sent him, was not only a Tele, but it was also not the guitar you had altered. You even said that you did it because you felt because of his occupation he deserved to be ripped off. What now?

Once you realized Aaron knew, you started with the money back thing, to cover your ass! Oh yea, and you even say that in the conversation I have, that if you offered his money back, how could you be ripping him off. Well, you were trying to, and now that it's out, your trying to cover up. Unless your going to tell me someone else was typing for you in the conversation lol!

Again, I will send this conversation to ANYONE who wants it. Just post your email address! Aaron may be to nice to do it, but I sure as hell am not! You ripping people off, or trying to needs to stop here!

first of all, you make it sound like i just now contacted you because of the posts in this thread. i want to clarify, i have talked to you personally everyday this week and had told you even before you recieved the tele that if you were not happy with it all you had to do is let me know and i would either refund you cash, gear or what ever you wanted, it was completely your choice. but you don't have to take my word for it, just ask aaron.

Yes we did talk every day this week.
Yes I did already in this post say that you were willing to refund, but I also did say that it all just seems odd the way the whole thing transpired.

But at the same time everyone no matter who they are reach a boiling point and there has just been to much stuff going on with this from the start.

just to let everyone know, i wasnt out to screw anyone over in the first place. i have seen the messages aaron got and i would be concerned and pissed if i were him too. the only thing that saved me was that i kept in contact with him through the whole deal and did not have a clue as to what all was happening on the sidelines until today. i am buying the guitar back with aarons original body and putting it back on his neck, and i am sending him his stuff back and giving him a money order for $50 to cover all his shipping expenses in this ordeal. at this time i am not going to worry about what all was passed through the grapevine in doctored conversations to get even with me over a completely different matter that got this whole thing started. the thing that is most important to me at this time is getting things squared away with aaron. alot of you on the forum have dealt with me in the past and everyone has been happy with the deals, and as always, i have offered a refund if the buyer is not completely satisfied. thats just the way i do bussiness. the thing with aaron got started by another member and it snowballed before i even knew what was going on. after everything is worked out i will be posting what all happened to cause this mess.

Bottom line is, if you told him he was getting an "upgraded" Mexi Tele, you had intention to deceive him. That is not obviously not a Mexi Tele ( I don't see anything that would tell me it is), and I don't see any upgrades. I knew that was most likely cheap Squier hardware when I saw the pics in his "What is this?" thread. Just because you smoothed everything out, that does not make it ok or instantly forgivable.

As far as gear deals go you guys know you are on your own both here as well as on EBay or any other online deal. There is really nothing I can do about bad deals and SD claims no responsibility for deals made in this area.

The two guys directly involved seem to be working it out so let it go. I know that it might seem like a good time to sling mud at each other but I am serious when I say that its not.

Just for the record, I'm not slinging mud or anything of the like. I was going to keep quiet w/ all of this, but for some reason I'm getting the impression that someone is going to try and turn this on me. So I'm going to spell it out for ya.

I'm the mysterious interloper in the no name tidbits of yahoo conversations you're seeing and there is more than 1 conversation in my hands. If I have to I will post every one of them that I have in their wholeness so there will be no doubt as to what's going on.

hellrider's a man with a reputation around here. Generally he and I don't get along but I would wait and see how this resolves before you pass judgement on him. Fair is fair and now that things are as they are he deserves to have the time to either dispute and redeem his name or make right and do the same.

Don't judge anyone until they hit the Bad Trader thread.

Hope all turns out for the best aaron. Hellrider, I really hope you're not intentionally doing all of this. I would think you'd be smarter than all of this and if you really did try deliberately ripping of this guy from the beginning, I certainly wouldn't miss you. Like it or not, this is a community and if you try pulling stuff over other brothers, that's just not acceptable.

I got the box today.
For what it is worth no matter what original intentions were or were not, the guitar is nicer looking than when i sent it, the scuff marks and stuff are gone.

Josh went above what I had asked, he actually included a money order to help with shipping, and he included a guitar strap with a snake skin on it.

I feel it only right to say please be careful, get full details, and keep information no matter whom you are dealing with.
