Plenty of Klons on Pro boards...Cornish for that matter too but more Klons.
Not saying 3600 for a delay pedal isn't stupid it is but I don't see it the same way I see $1200 for a Klon...
People seem to forget that the perceived collectability of an item adds to its perceived value. I'm not saying that the TES has two grand of collectible value, but some of it is.
From what I've gathered reading online the T.E.S is a BOSS DD-2 with mods in the feedback loop to give it more of a tape delay sound. Something that can be done for about $250 or less. Correct me if Im wrong and there is alot more doneHere is a slightly older Cornish TSE...note the Boss DD-2 controls all still in tact.
