fix a broken pick up

I have a old lawrence paf pu that a friend gave to me, it has the double blades, but the problem is that the plastic dog ear screw holes are half broken off so i can't mount it in the guitar. Any ideas on how to fix this or is it a lost cause?

Do you still have the tabs? You could glue them.

Also, a picture would be helpful
