Fixed Bridge to replace Floyd Rose

I have an Ibanez S370DX with a floyd rose. I really don't like floyd roses, and I don't use a tremolo very often (ever). Plus, they're a pain to restring and retune.

Is there any fixed bridges out there that are made to replace a floyd rose? I want something fixed that can work with the floyd cavity.

Thanks so much!

Yeah, just block the trem.

I found that with my old RG, if I took out the long allen screws and blocks in the saddles, I could string the strings right through the bridge, and save time changing strings on a blocked floyd. I dunno what it did to the tone, that guitar and my ears were **** at the time.

There are no drop in "fixed bridges" fot the Floyd AFAIK. You can block it from both sides (essentially making it into a fixed bridge w/ fine tuners), whether you use 2 stacks of dimes or 2 pounds of wood to do so is mostly cosmetic.

Schaller makes a VINTAGE style trem that fits Floyd routs and posts. But as far as a hardtail....sorry.

Easiest thing to do would be a Tailfeather, I think www.tailfeatherz.com ;)
