I have half-heartedly tried to sell this before but since I am ready to work on my 1962 SG Custom resto in earnest I need to raise a bit of cash.
The cab is in very good original shape with one "foot" having been replaced with a mismatch. It has the original tiltback legs and knobs to hold the head on when tilted. Blonde tolex is in very good shape and the wheat/gold grill is almost perfect. Most of the original screws to hold the back on are gone, only 4 or 5 left.
Inside are (2) late 80's datecode Made in Ipswich Celestion Greenbacks that sound awesome, never been re-coned to my knowledge. I've owned this bottom since 1991 and it has lived a charmed life. An occassional gig but mostly home/studio use. I wouldn't mind selling the cab and the speakers separately but I think as a set they are something very special.
$550 for the cab and speakers (plus shipping)
