Is there any way to swap position 2 and 5 on this diagram?

Doesn't look like it to me. I believe the switching is internally wired on a circuit board. The pickups just connect at particular lugs on the outside. I assume the neck has a jumper because it's active all the time on one side and grounded out on the other.
