FS: Epiphone Les Paul Classic Birdseye Maple Top

Aceman

I am your doctor of love!
Here are the first few pics to whet your appetite. It was my first back-up axe, and has been mainly that. Not a dang thing wrong with this guitar, in fact a lot of things TOTALLY right. Early 90's origin. Bought new by me. Thin 60's style neck, mahogany body + neck, birdseye maple top. Duncan Pearly Gates neck, and a Custom Custom bridge, otherwise original epi electronics. Thin ABR style bridge. First pic is pretty accurate representation of the amber color. Typical amazing LP+PG neck sounds, and mean mids with artery clogging fat highs! Bought and set up during a major classic rock / blues phase. My go-to axe for Clapton, Southern Rock, Zepplin, Mid period VH, ZZ - Top and more! Includes original Epiphone case. I just have pointy GAS and I want to keep my wife, so something has to go!!!

And you guys get first crack at her....

Thats pretty interesting. I never see many birsdeye Maple tops in any style guitar.
Plus it has tons of Aceman Mojo.

Yes - it has a price. As opposed to, say, free. It was implied in the For Sale statement....

What is said price? I dunno.

Make an offer and we can see how it sits. Bay research suggests cool LP Classics go for anywhere in the 300 to 350 range.

This of course is SD loaded with what, at the time, is probably another $150 worth of SD sonic mojo.

So...on the low end 375 might not be unreasonable, if a bit of a steal. Then again, a PG and a CC for $75 each, plus cool Birdseye in the awesome Amber color...pushing the 500 range might be quite favorable...

and of course - the "Me" factor. I'll sign the pickguard - included - if you want...

I intend to haggle!

Simon F has one of the coolest Birdseye's I have seen - real LP in cherry.

Actual, I have not ruined it with my hacky mojo. However - mojo it does have!

Did a drop high E (Lazy man's open G) version of "Tush" playing out once upon a time. That a2 CC in there - slide goodness! Just all fat and sweet, with those power mids pushing through the mix. Mmmmmmm - tasty!

Currently tuned to standard with 10's. Action up just enough to break out some slide on it if you want. I can lower it to shredville if you want.

The "me" factor indicates you'll pay me to take it?

Re: FS: Epiphone Les Paul Classic Birdseye Maple Top

That was before my Shakira days.
