Currently, the only PA Humbucker designed for the neck slot is the PATB1 Neck model. Fortunately for you, that comes in at 7.5 K. I imagine it would work just fine with the Crazy 8 and you could always swap out the magnet if you wanted it to have an A8 like the Crazy 8.

I'm not gonna condemn you bro. I just can't imagine the SD pup that would have a bad tone. True, it may not be my tone...but I can't imagine one having a bad tone.

I haven't heard a bad Duncan yet, I just had to buy 19 electric to match the pups I have. I'll have to custom order for this pup......got it all planned out

Nothing about the pickup itself, but I absolutely love your condescending tone... I guess you're that much better than the rest of us "herd" members, but not good enough to do something else with your time than condemn an entire forum for getting excited about being able to design our own pickup. Way to go maverick, you've really stuck it to all of us, I'll be sure to watch out for you on the harmony central forums so I don't accidentally get my ass demolished by your scathing comments.

We only know some specs, there is much more to a pickup then magnet and resisence. Of course we can look at those characteristics for an idea, but there are so many possibilities after that it's hard to say.
PLUS...people are saying why would you buy it if you can't try it (worded more like why should I spend this money when I don't know what it's goign to sound like)?? um...how many pickups have you tried in YOUR guitar before you bought them? Every guitar is different and thats the chance you take with changing out pickups.
