Well, we can hypothesize a few things...
Firstly, I assume that if the custom shop sticks to the 13.5k range, they'll be using 43 AWG wire, which means that the wind will be brighter and less hot than a custom, think of a brighter custom 8. Because it's a PA, I assume that it will be much more smooth than a Custom 8, but I think that the voicing, overall, won't be to far away from a custom 8. It may 'sing' more in the upper registers, and it may be a bit less tight on the bottom, but it should end up being essientally an underwound custom 8. However, if they choose to use 42 AWG wire, It will be considerably darker, maybe too much so, but then again, I don't know how PA bobbins respond to different winds, so take this with a grain of salt, its an educated guess.
