The Dream 180's should be sweet in that Strat. Reading back through this thread, I realize I misidentified my own pups. It's Dream 90's I have in my Iceman. Not Mean 90's. Now, I'll have to try the "Mean" version after all the talk about them.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. I have Dream 90s in this one:

I really like them but they don’t quite have the bite I think of when I think of P-90s so I wanna try the Mean 90s in something. To me, the Dream 90s have more of a single-coil-on-steroids sound (which is REALLY cool), but a standard P-90 starts approaching the intensity and fullness of a humbucker.

Exactly. Btw, it was the "tuxedo" that tipped me off. I have the Tuxedo Pearl's. I went back to GFS to see the current models and there are no Tuxedo Mean 90's.

I have the same pups as you, but in white.
