Assuming that worth means $ and not quality, then, yes, the electronics might be worth something.
The Gibson Quick Connect system is actually pretty cool. It's on par with the EMG 3-prong system in that one just has to clip in connectors, as opposed to, say, the Duncan Liberator, which is kind of fiddly with having to screw in each lead with a tiny screwdriver. The only limitation of the Gibson system is that pretty much only Gibson pickups have the connectors. Some boutique pickup makers will add the connectors, but going to those lengths sort of defeats the purpose of a quick plug-and-play system.
Keeping the Quick Connect connectors on Gibson pickups should not decrease resale value b/c a buyer can simply snip off the connector with scissors if desired, yielding the traditional exposed leads.
Your competition, seller-wise, for the electronics will be Stratosphere, and you can easily undercut those prices and still get some $. I say go for it and see what you can get.
