Glamour Shots

Try to keep this down to one guitar (should be your main one), just 1 or 2 shots.

Re: Glamour Shots

It's nowhere near completion, and has only been stained, but it's my submission. I finally got the color right where I wanted it to be.

Re: Glamour Shots

This is probably more of an 'anti-glam' pic, or the guitar is anyway .... This has been my only guitar recently as I've just moved house and I'm still unpacking and setting the place up. This guitar has been seen here before but the previous pics were probably 5 years old. This pic was just fooling about, I will take better pics once I have my house organised.

Stinky, much-modified 1974 Fender Telecaster Custom.

Love threads like these!

Jolly, I don't know what it is about that shape and colour, but I like it.
Crusty, if that guitar could tell stories, I'd be willing to listen.
BTMN, that axe has 'player' written all over it. Love it!
Astro, I love how that jag looks raw and utilitarian. A real rock guitar.

Here are my contributions. My number 1 guitar is hard to pick, since I've been running a 4 guitar system for about a year now. I rotate quite often, and all these ladies see stage time regularly. They are my lineup, and I'm very, very happy to have them on board.

With that said, I present you with the 2 guitars I would most likely take on stage if I had a show tonight. My trusty Les Paul Traditional (took me a while to find one that had just the feel I wanted, so this one is special), and my newly acquired J-200 Standard. Both interesting guitars, both important parts of my rig.

Sorry for the third picture, but I just think it's fun to look at.

I can smell it through my speakers. The WR pup has a smokey, growly tone.

Where's your new place?

Re: Glamour Shots

LD, I've said this before, but that yellow guitar is everything that I'm not in terms of my tastes in guitars... but for some reason beyond the realm of logic, I absolutely LOVE it! We need a full guitar picture of that axe!
