Got a new fantasy!!!

I am still trying to fine tune the sound of my LC15R/FOD rig. It sounds really good at low gain settings but isn't so impressive at higher levels. Having played with the Jackhammer plugged in the LC15R, I tend to believe that the FOD is only enhancing the character of the amp and is indeed fairly transparent. So I am looking into some mods for the amp.

Anyway, I was giving it some thought this afternoon, looking for a new speaker and new power valves and I came up with this dream amp idea:

A single channel all valve amp, less than 10W output that would lean soundwise towards the Marshall Vintage Modern. With 5 knobs: volume, gain, fat boost, detail and body (maybe these last 2 are a bit OTT for such a small amp). And maybe a two level boost actioned from a double footswitch.

I guess valve wise it should be powered by a ECC83 in the preamp section and a KT66 in the power section, voiced by a 12" speaker like a greenback.

It is just a fantasy at the moment... but I am curious, there are a few amp builders gravitating around the forum: What do you guys think of this idea? How much would it cost to create an amp like this?

I might be onto something here!?!
