This is the best I can do at the moment with a buzz, a blackstar ht-5, and a Gretsch White Falcon.

You'll have to totally crank up the volume to hear what I'm saying at the beginning, but you can hear the guitar, amp, and crappy playin decently after I run my mouth.

Thank you so much for the video ! thats definitely the best it'll get next to actually playing it with high gain. In my opinion that thing roared ! loved how that sounds with high gain, and my love for a Gretsch guitar has just increased even more ! Thats definitely enough gain for what i'll be playing !!

If i REALLY had to get a screaming metal tone, i can swap my strat pups for a few hundred bucks.

I really like that sound, and again thank you for the video.

I wish i could get a Falcon i guess a Tim Armstrong or a G5120 will do fine for me

There is an updated version of the G5120 that has Blacktop FilterTrons.

Aim for that!

What's the difference in those Blacktop Filters? How do they sound compared to the Gretsch Buckers the 5120s come with normally?

They are a type of filter tron.

Gretschbuckers are just a gretsch take on humbuckers, but they are very different sounding from the blacktops.

What do people think about Gretsch guitars with high gain ??? I absolutely love how Gretsch guitars look omg ! but i am aware that these guitars are usually not made for alt metal/hard rock

yes. You would swap out the pick ups. I on the other hand am a magician....no crew....pretty ladies
