The horn in a Heritage is more rounded, less pointed than the Gibson one. It's as if the Heritage horn had been shaved.
The visual effect is that the horn in a Heritage points toward the outside of the body while the horn in a Gibson LP points toward the headstock, parallel to the neck.
It is my impression and again, it's a slight difference.
