Harm in leaving power on for buffered pedal?

I asked this question a while back regarding true bypass pedals but I just got a buffered one and I just want to double check: leaving the one-spot plugged in and the pedal plugged in for days at a time = okay?

I have the adapter plugged in to a power strip and sometimes forget to turn it off when I'm done playing.

I don't care too much about the onespot but do care about the pedal.

I've left mine in that condition for years, and everything's good.

You will not have any problem unless the voltage spikes so high that it fries everything on your board.
