Has anyone ever hear of a guitar by the name....

...eventually

Congrats. Hopefully it works out. If it's a real Floyd and not licensed, $40 is a bargain. Either way, $40 is a bargain

Yeah. Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow if I work around here. I will post pics under a NGD more than likely of before and after new strings and a cleaning.

Might wanna have a look.

Not sure of the originals, but Akira's are now made under the Killer logo, though I do think ESP is the actual maker.

And Killer-branded Akira originals (the red with the metal plates and Dano head) are *always* back-ordered.

Your customer may have a winner.

If I'm reading the catalog scan right, the original price was 11,000 Yen, roughly comparable to $1100 USD. Take off the neck and see what's under the heel.

I was able to get this guitar for $40. What would I look for under the neck heel?

Date stamps, company logo (ESP, obviously), as well as model markings like RS11 or such). Anything, really, even if it's "Wok and Woll Kwazy Nights!"
