Ok, so, i think we may have run in to a problem...Was just about to order the S1 pot, and just checked the shaft length of my current pots. The ones i have in there at the moment are long shaft (18mm), and it appears that the S1 switch is only made with a short shaft. Gona measure to see if it might fit, but i don't think it will be long enough to fit through the my guitar. Dammit!! :-(

I see *500K* "long-shaft" s-1 switches for sale online, but i am not finding 250K ones. By the way, these long-shaft 500K ones have a shaft height of 3/8". Is that tall enough for your guitar? If that length is tall enough and you cannot find a 250K version, we could add a resistor to that 500K long-shaft s-1 switch so uts pot behaves like a 250K pot. It might be worth it for you to start a separate thread asking other forum members if they know if a long-shaft, 250K version actually exists or not.
