I am new to the forum and wiring, and I am looking for any info to help me figure out how to wire up an HSH guitar, using 2 prails and a single in the middle with triple shot rings and 3 on-off switches. Any help is much appreciated and I'll take any suggestions as to how to do it better. I want the on off switches so that I can get as man combinations as possible with the triple shot rings.

Thanks

I suspect that the simpler option was what was wanted.

Maybe I should have been more clear. I want to install Prails in the neck and bridge, and a single coil in the middle. I will use the triple shot rings. In order to get the switching options that I desire, I think that trhee on off switches ( one for each pickup), would be my best option. I am new to wiring, so could anyone provide me with a diagram for this schematic. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

that's for if you want one volume and one tone. let me know if you want otherwise

the triple-shots convert the 4 conductor wires to 2 conductor wires, meaning you follow single coil wiring schematics.

Yes, this diagram is exactly what I want. I just want one volume and one tone. With the P rails, what do you guys suggest as far as pots and caps. Thank you

umm, not familar with the sound of the humbucker. But I would say 250k and .47 or.33 just because the strat and p90 coils on the pickup may be a little bright. I personally have never used p-rails so I wouldnt know.

glad I could help with the diagram
