Hi guys..... i'm just wondering how the Custom Custom would work for metal and hard rock\80's rock?

From what i've heard, it's a really chrunchy, fat and warm sounding 'bucker with a loose bottom...... am i rigth?

Also, do you have some other opinions of this PU in general? Any clips?

Thanks,
-Erlend

That sounds pretty good! It has that prominent, cutting, fat chrunchy midrange i were looking for! I think i'll get a CC for the brigde position of the Schecter i'm getting! :D

I'll try to get my clip of the split CC and Hot Rails combination posted in the next day or two. Should give you a good idea.

Yeah, i like a roaring, thick 80's style tone for my rock needs ;)

Also, i've heard that the Custom Custom is great for singing, sweet leads too?

It must be perfect!

That sounds like an awesome combo. Plenty of cream in that combo.
