how do i wire a pickup?

hey all, i finally got my antiquity custom bridge in the mail yesterday for my RI Strat. I dont want to take it to a shop b/c it takes them about a week and a half to get my guitar back to me, and i really don't wanna wait that long. can i do it myself, of would it be too risky? i've never done it before and am kind of clueless, so could anyone give me some advice if it could be done? thanks

You can do it yourself, but I think you ought to practice soldering before you do it, so you don't butcher your guitar... I'd take it to the guitar tech this time...
