How much is a Twin Reverb worth?

If it's had basic maintenance done, like cap job, new tubes, and speakers, closet condition, and sounds healthy and strong...$900 - $1300, depending on the exact year and details of the condition. If it's all beat up, has ugly grillcloth, has worn and tired components and tubes....$400 - $600.
I've played through a lot of them, and if it's in the first category, it should sound better than a 65 Reissue Twin Reverb. If it's in the second category, it'll sound worse.

You are going to need more info than that one picture...unless I am missing it. But you need to find out what has been done to this amp. as suggested in post #2.

That looks to be a 100 watt PP with Master Volume I guess.....unless it is a 135 Watt UL.
Anybody know what year Fender started the UL models.?
I am starting to think this is more like a 400-700 amp.....

I am going to check it out this weekend, but I'm not going to undo the chassis on an amp on Craigslist. The only mods are the changed speakers.

Agreed I love my Twins but when they go bad they go bad hard. That being said they are a fairly bulletproof amp they will take a beating before showing any signs of wear. The great thing is they are so popular most decent repair guys can fix a Twin in their sleep.

What I am saying is...these amps have been around a LONG time now. I have seen all kinds of crazy crap in those chassis...including parts robbing. That is not the norm, but it does happen. If it plays well...everything works per normal, it is probably OK. If the owner says the amp has had a cap job and stuff like that, he will need receipts with the amps serial etc. Otherwise...it is just some guy telling you things...maybe stuff he is repeating that he heard from other owners when they sold it to him.
Not like this is a 3k Tweed Amp, and you need to be super concerned, but just realize how old these amps are, and all the potential problems that exist. Everything in the amp is 40 years old, it will need a cap job and maintenance if it has not been done...several hundred dollars.

the are real PTP amps made with good solid iron. It might need some TLC because its so old (new electrolytics caps probably) and possibly re soldering some of the joins. That's not super expensive to do - and a damn site easier than working on a more modern mass produced pcb amp. So factor in a little extra money for some inevitable servicing work or parts (like fresh tubes).
The real answer to what is it worth is something you only know the answer to. Do you want the sound of a twin reverb? if yes then you have scored a killer amp that no other amp can replicate. It will deliver copious servings of delicious tone for another 40 years or so. If you want the sound of power tube saturation at most gigging situations then look elsewhere.
I love the sound of a twin both for its epic 3 dimensional clean tone and also the monster crushing crunch tones it gives you with pedals like a big muff. I love it because believe it or not it has killer power tube overdrive...but unfortunately only accessible when you crank it right up, which means when the amp is in an isolation booth in a studio, or if you play massive auditoriums. So yeah, im a lover of the twin reverb with all its capabilities and its limitations, but they are dfinitely not everybody's favourite piece of gear for many reasons.
which is why i mostly use a much smaller fender amp for gigging. I have done used the twin at pretty low volumes tho and it still sounds sweet, its just a bit difficult to get the volume knob at the exact point somewhere between 2.5 and 3 on the volume knob.
ps. fwiw...crusty philtrum did a complete rebuild of my 1969 twin reverb just recently and documented all his work in a thread. It might be interesting to you to have a look at what kind of stuff it needed to get it up to perfect running condition (ie better than new)
