I need help from all of you

i got a call today while i was at work and i was told that my apartment was broken into. my new amp route 66 and my old amp soldano astroverb were taken. my gauge guitars tele was also take along with my fender strat. if anyone happens to see these things on ebay please tell me so i can check the auction. the police are asking around the music stores and pawn shops already. i will be posting pics of all of the gear. thanks for your help guys.

the 50's strat has a tortise pickguard. it is not pictured and the soldano pic could not be uploaded. here is a pic of the tele and the z amp. thanks again guys

That really sucks, man. I hope you had renter's insurance. If anyone doesn't have renter's or homeowner's, I can't recommend it enough. Mine even covers me if a guitar is stolen out of my car away from home.

Go to the Gear Page where folks sell stuff and post a theft thread. People do look at those.

did you have any serial numbers? any insurance?

I've actually added all my gear to my homeowners insurance policy. It runs me about 50 bucks a year or so and all the gear is listed with serial numbers on a "schedule" whatever that means.

My agent gets a bit pissed though as I swap and sell gear. But, they keep updating the policy.

man, i cant believe it, all that awesome gear. It has to show up. Do you have receipts for any of that gear? The S/n's should be on the receipts. This kind of stuff makes me so angry. My dad had his van broken into after a gig he played at in the 70's-they stole his 63 cherry red SG, his 65 twin reverb, and his brother's 66 strat. I could have been playing one of those beauties.....

the cops are doing what they can, all the pawn shop owners have been notified along with the music stores. i am trying a few other places like ebay and such. the cops have all the serial numbers and values and stuff.

At least no one was hurt.

(I've only been ripped off once and they took my '60 Gibson ES-355.

They left my '63 Strat and my '67 Pro Reverb thank goodness!)

i'm sorry man!!! i hope you are able to recover them and that they are ok...i can almost guarantee it's someone in the complex who has either seen you carrying the gear in and out or at least heard it...or someone you know even?!

please tell us that you have insurance to try to replace the gear with!!!???
