You're not giving much in terms of detail, but at $200 it's hard to go wrong as long as you like it.

I don't know much about ibanez. All i know is that is says ibanez s series. And made in Indonesia. I believe it has a "zero resistance" bridge. It kinda looks like it has been repainted black. It's definitely got pick wear on the body but that doesn't bother me because I plan on painting the body. It also has the adjustable tension thing for the bridge on the back

Ibanez S MII for $200??
I have 3 Ibanez guitars (RG3EXFM1, AS-83, and AR325... the RG was made in Indonesia) and they're all great players. None of them have a tremolo so it's hard for me to comment much on that, but a quick Bing search gave it some good reviews.
Ibanez makes some nice guitars at all price points, but a lot of their pickups are a bit lacking... I swapped out in two of the three in order to get better sounds (at least for my tastes).
Still, like I said, at $200 if it's solid and feels good to you, it's hard to go wrong.

Go for it. No experience here with the INF pups... the pickups I've had were the V7/V8 in my RG (which were AWFUL), the ACH-1/ACH-2 in my AS (which weren't bad, but were just kind of "meh"), and the Super 58s in my AR (which are awesome).

The INF pickups kinda suck
The bridge.is a 16 k ohm and sounds ok
The neck is way overwould at 12k
In the neck position it's just mud
My RG4EXFM1 came with . And got swapped out almost immediately

My RG2EX1 came with the plastic covered V7 / V8
Which weren't bad
But the Duncan's sound much better
