It's letters like this that make it all worthwhile...

Here's the painful part. That amp sold for 750 bucks outside of ebay. 750 bucks. I'm thinking the parts in that amp cost more than that! Deal of the century.

I worked at Pizza Hut for one summer as a kid. The day I started, I had to watch a safety video titled Just Plain Wrong. This eBay sale reminded me of that video.

You know why the name was deleted, it said "Love you pudd'n, Mom"

Seriously though, that's a great testiment to your work, congrats!

We were listening to some of the tracks our band recorded, and one of the band members commented on my tone, and how "BIG" the sound was.

I was playing sans effects with Franklin cranked.

Scott was right. A well-built amp does not need reverb. I only use the Verbzilla when I play at low volumes.

im sure there will be people there, but probably no one who will appreciate good tone. im guest "hosting" the mohawk valley blues society's monthly jam so i have no idea who will be there, but i dont really care all that much. i get to drink for free and dont have to drive so i plan on having a good time and punishing the tubes larry let me borrow

Ah, Jeremy - I gave those GEC KT-66 tubes to you on the condition that you run a comparison on them and other KT-66, 6L6's, 5881 for the rest of the SD bros...

I am just here to picture in my mind that smile on your face as your playing them in a Celtic amp...

Guitar players are a funny bunch...

That amp sat at a local Atlanta guitar shop for quite a while with no interest. I don't think they could have given it away then along comes this guy and decided it's the greatest amp in the world...

Glad it found a good home.

Name recognition carries a lot of weight with most people.

Their loss.

I just wish that I had known it was there - because it would have stayed there for about 1 minute after I walked in.

Fact of the matter is that Scott builds great sounding amps.
