Whittled them down quite a bit over the years, mostly selling expensive ones to help support the family, and buying cheap ones to have fun with. I've got eleven in all.

#19 is terrible. it's neck heavy, it dives to the ground. the guitar sounds too warm and too docile and gentle. I want to magswap the alinco2's or a5's and/or change the thick wenge neck for a thinner version. it sounds great compared with gibsons and PRS-es, but to my other guitars, it's the least nice guitar of the bunch.

that makes 30 in total, unless I have forgotten a guitar.

oh, yeah, I have forgotten about one completely!

3A flame on mahogany, mahogany neck, cherryburst. humbucker/p90/humbucker setup. it's a nice testbed for wiring, but I don't use this guitar that much anymore. no particular reason.

I last counted 20 cases and not all my guitars have cases,so 26+ guitars or so.

2 Marshall's,Peavey,Orange,Vox,Kustom,rack system,and a Sovtek.

I've trimmed down on the amps and cabinets lately. So 7 amps and 4 cabs.
