Look, each attenuator will work differently with different amps. There will eb coloration - deal with it.
If you haev a beast of an amp that needs taming so you can use it more places from SMALL gigs to large - GET THE MASS!
It FEELS good AND sounds good, and gives you many options to get your tastes out of it. I posted this to help anyone who had ever wondered. I could NEVER find a good enough review and had I known I woulda bought one 2 years ago, dammit!
This device kept me from selling 2 amps.
I can tell you it sounds very toneful and rich with a Marshall and a Bogner Shiva, I have yet ot test it on a DRRI
