well...i had to sell the neck i was gonna use for it...so JohnJohn is just going to make one now...all i need to get is the lp switch and donut and when we figure out if it's gonna have a fender or gibson type neck...i'll get some black sperzels and ship the rest of the parts i have to him...ie...59neck, customcustom bridge, (both covered), 500k push pull pots, blk hipshot hardtail bridge, & gold lp speed knobs....last i talked to him he said something about making a mahogany set neck, with birdseye board, SRV shaped...but we'll see!?
the rest of the body is gonna be tele shaped, w/flame maple binding, 335 style hollows, a slight carve top, and back contour and jack placement like a brian moore, it's made of white oak an has a birdseye cap and will be finished in butterscotch with light butterscotch ghost flames...he's also doing a small "three cross" inlay at the 12th fret and the whole back of the thing is gonna be finished in black/transblack...hopefully we can git'r'dun' sometime this summer!!!! i get really excited when i think about it!!!
