What's up guys?
So as most of you should know by now I've been working on fixing my Green buddy for some time now. I've been replacing one thing at a time as I save up money. The biggest news lately is that (due to tons of bro-help) I finally got the thing wired up, and it sounds pretty doggone good now.
So all last week, I was watching an auction on eBay for the one part that will make this the single coolest guitar, ever (at least the coolest guitar I own, besides my Gibson :laugh2: ). No but seriously, this super secret part really is that awesome (at least in my opinion). It is going to make this guitar really really amazing, twice as cool as it ever was (and I like to thing it's a pretty doggone spiffy guitar - even if that's just paternal pride!).
So it came in the mail today! And it's installed now! And I can just feel the tension in the room, waiting for me to unveil it! Well, you'll have to wait a little while longer. I'm going to let the tension build and build until I just can't take it anymore!
But believe me, this thing is cool!
Thanks to everyone by the way, you all have seriously (and I mean this) been an enormous help, and I wouldn't have changed a single thing if it weren't for you guys.
Edit: I'm going to include some of the pics right here, so that people coming in can see the progress, more pics on pages 2 and 3. It's an all original 1959 Bigsby, in near perfect shape!
