Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Corrected it for ya Rich.

A couple minor changes and it's as close to puuuurrrrrfection as it's ever been.

Of course, pedalboard modifications require close supervision from the quality control inspector. I don't know how I would ever get it working properly without Nigel's help.

Yes, yes, I see you've mounted your tremolo upside down. Very good. I assume it greatly improves clarity and note definition? Or is it just for phase reversal?

Lots of changes and really happy with this setup. The MS3 Controls the eclipse via remote and has Hoof, DMM and Sky Fi in the loops.

A couple minor changes and it's as close to perfection as it's ever been. (Don't quote me on that in six months when I change it again.) After playing through Johnny Marr's live version of "How Soon Is Now" I decided the TR-2 and the CE-2 needed to be next to each other, so I can do the tremolo<=>chorus switching with a single stomp. I also tweaked the level trim pot in the TR-2 so that the tremolo and dry volumes match better. The signal path is PitchBlack=>BB Preamp=>Phase 95=>CE-2=>BF-2=>DD-3=>Canyon=>TR-2.

Number one: How do you like your canyon?

Number two: KITTEH squeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

The Canyon was great, BUT... I really only needed it for slapback, so it was a bit over-qualified. Also, I couldn't see the printed mode names around the selector switch without kneeling my middle-aged body down and lining the switch up just right in my bifocals. Plus, I really missed having my Paisley Rat on the board. So, here's my latest revision:

The Mooer Ana Echo is providing slapback, and when it's smooshed in close to the Phase 95, I can squeeze the 9th pedal onto my board. I had to get a "Y" cable to power the BB and the Rat off a single output from my Voodoo Labs PP2+. The signal path is now PitchBlack=>BB Preamp=>Paisley Rat=>Phase 95=>CE-2=>BF-2=>DD-3=>Ana Echo=>TR-2.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

My power supply isn't wired up yet, but the signal path basically is.

Got all my toys on a Pedaltrain Novo 32.

How do you like that Tonal Recall? I kinda want one but not when I can get a used tube amp for the same price :)

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

It’s a Donner DP-2. Nice little unit. Does 6 x 9V/100ma, 2 x 9V/500ma, 1 x 12V/500ma, & 1 x 18V/500ma. Been using it for about 10 months now and not a single hiccup/problem. [emoji1303]

Cool!

I might need another 2 power outlets on my board so I was figuring on going to an ISO5 or something.

Do they make pedaltrain brackets for the Donner stuff?

I just don’t know the answer to that… Mine is attached to my board with Velcro! [emoji12]
