Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Feels like you could put a couple of mini pedals on top and call it a pedalboard.

It’s only seven inches in diameter. Just big enough to be ridiculously impractical.

Starship Enterprise is ready for take-off! :D
I would call this a budget board but... it all adds up fairly quickly. It's been fun and a great experience putting it together the way I like it to be: functional but still clean. Spend wayy too much time building it, testing and finding out what works for me but in the end its there now so I proudly post it here. Most of you guys are like me, too much time and money to spend on big boys toys haha.
Only work still to do is wire up a breakout box so I can use the DIN cable from my Mesa in the triggers of the Joyo. A bigger power supply would also be nice but this will have to do for upcoming gigs.

M5 is set to digital delay on low repeat for lead tone, the rest you can guess what they are ;).

Behold!

This is how it looks today, probably not how it will look tomorrow. I'm after a DD-500 and a RV-500.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

...then a MD-500. :D
Your probably very right, Then the MD-500 but that Wazacraft Chorus will be incredibly hard to beat. It's the very best Chorus anything I have ever used. Being a 80's left over player, I'm all about chorus LOL.

The Wazacraft CE-2 is an amazing pedal. I would absolutely have bought one if I didn't already own an amazing original CE-2. In fact I've thought about buying a Waza regardless.

In the middle of sorting out some pedals for Friday night.

So, right now......

Been putting this together the last 4 years. Just revamped it with the addition of the EVH head and the Boss MS3. Voodoo Lab 2 power plus hidden under the top row of pedals. Ibanez compress is just filling in blank space for the photo.

Updated boards for longcat & myself; Original NPBD here.

Her board has had this config since August of last year when we added an '82 Boss BF-2; I've just been too lazy to take new pics:

The board is a Holeyboard Evo amptop; power courtesy of a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 Plus.
Signal chain is: Pitchblack -> Octave -> Phase 90 -> Pickle Pie B -> CE-2B -> BF-2

I've updated my board a couple times since last July, but I think this config should be here to stay for a while. The first change happened about a week after finishing the build when I swapped the Maxon OD-9 for a Wampler Tumnus. A couple days ago I also swapped the SD Pickup Booster for a Fulltone GT-500. At this point all of the shortcomings and misgivings I had with the original board have been addressed.

my latest board:

The board is a Holeyboard Evolution Wide; power courtesy of a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power Mondo.
Signal flow is set up to mimic a two-amp rig I had briefly in the mid 2000s.

Guitar -> vibe -> wah -> switcher (clean / dirty / tuner loops)
Clean: MIJ CS-3 -> GT-500 -> CE-2 -> FRV-1 -> TR-2
Dirty: Tumnus -> UFO (fuzz / octave) -> DD-2 (~150ms) -> MIJ DD-3 (~400ms)
Tuner: Korg Pitchblack

Board for practice tonight, feeling the Plimsoul over OCD, and BBMB over Silver Pony (Klone).

Also, I have to say that the Strymon Flint has solved years of tail-end experiments to find the right blend of reverb/tremolo - love it!

T-Rex Tonetrunk board, and T-Rex Chameleon power supply.
Chain is straight from right to left :)

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

And so it begins again......

Picked up a new Feather Board XL today, kept one of my short boards too.

Input bottom right into Marshall Compressor, then goes left into choice of 3 overdrives, then into Marshall Guv'nor 2 distortion (really good pedal) up into Danelectro Fish and Chips EQ, over to the right into Danelectro Cool Cat chorus, left into Danelectro delay, Digitech Digiverb, Boss NS2.

Board is a $7 shelf from Kmart with plumbers pvc pipe as a strengthening frame underneath with 2 right angles to angle the board up.

$30 power supply off ebay...all held together with zip ties, and velcro to hold the pedals on.

At $300 for a basic board from the shop, I went ghetto for $20.
