The Xotic Robotalk RI is a pretty quirky pedal. It's got a really dynamic envelope filter and also a random arpeggiator. Here's a good demo of it by JD Simo.

I guess these two are odd. The are old as hell 70/80s and the key is I still use them. The ROSS Distortion can be best described as a weaker, fuzzier MXR Distortion +. It has a lot of character. The DOD has some great faux 12 string settings. It is very musical sounding not whooshy. Not that I don't like a flangey chorus but I have my Ibanez CS9 for that. They work very nicely together if you going for a retro sound.

My rarest would probably be the Prophecysound InfInitphase MkII. Something like 30 worldwide. The Fuzz Factory of Phase Shifters, it can do literally everything.
Most off the wall sounding would probably be the Effector 13 Truly Beautiful Disaster. Seeing eye and Velcro type fuzz with a feedback loop.

The only thing I own that is close to an oddball/rarity is my Maestro Phase. All my other pedals are quite conservative!

Green pedal is a germanium fuzz face that I built with an added part of the circuit to act as a bass cut.
The blue pedal tweaked version of the Mad Professor Snow White Autowah.
I modded the small stone with a switch to change the capacitors in the phase stages . . . upshot is it does a respectable univibe impersonation now. Probably didn't need to make it switchable, as the pedal stays in univibe mode all the time now.
