rusty cooley uses something different(noax 8 string with fanned frets) but this guitar could be fun.

Yeah, I've seen the vids on his site of him playing that.

But this 9 string is his too

You are looking at a one of a kind 9 string guitar made by Conklin. This guitar belonged to Rusty Cooley (in fact, it still does) and was built special for him by Conklin.
