Can anyone tell me all of Gilmour's pedals during this recording? I am looking at the video but I can't quite tell. Looks to be only 6 or 7 in total.

Ok...you can see some of Davids pedals but the camera angle is pretty bad...
There is a Vox Wah Wah, 2 Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face 1 red and 1 blue. a Binson Echorec and a DeArmond volume pedal. He also used a slide a good bit and what appeared to be an E-Bow...
He also used 3 HiWatt Heads at that time but it looked like he was running 4 cabs (maybe 2 1/2 stacks and a full stack, or maybe 2 full stacks and one spare head) the Cabs were Wem 4x12 cabs for sure.
