The 5:50 looks like to be an older model without graphic eq. I think I'll pass on it. I'll have a look again if a newer model comes up. They're a bit too expensive new.
How different are the Blackstar HT and S1 amps? The HT100 would easily fit in the budget. I probably should test the S1 more thoroughly some day. Maybe the darkness or lack of mids can be dialed out.
If the Bogner New Yorker is only 12 watts I think I'll pass. I do love 6v6s but I don't believe it has enough volume. The THD didn't even with a KT88 so I reckon I'll need at least the 50 watts to be safe.
Egnater amps are very rare around here. There's no distributor in the country and I can't find them that well even in bigger european shops.
