Looking for a device or amp

Looking for a device, or portable amp that can slow down an MP3's (etc) for training/practice.

A portable amp would be preferred since I no longer have one.

My trusty Boss Micro BR is no longer trusty.

reaper can slow down any mp3

Audacity can do that and more and it is free. You can also do recording with it. Best free software on the web

If you want another, one called paulstretch can do it in real time, and to ridiculous levels. It can also do regular slow down intervals.
