LTD EC neck shapes

So I got an LTD EC 256 and like the neck a lot. The guitar is nice but I think I would like the quality of the higher end ones more.
My question is; are the necks on the EC 256, 400, and 1000 the same? The sight says they are but I had a Viper 401 that had the “thin u” neck that the EC 256 has. The difference was that the Viper was way thinner. I want the thicker neck found on the EC 256.
Any help would be appreciated as I haven’t found anything online.

No, they're noticeably different. Gotta go to a guitar center or something to compare.

You can search models on Sweetwater, a lot of em have a shot of the back. Cant REALLY tell what's what, but there's at least 3 different neck joint shapes across the LTD EC line... and at least 2 or more OTHER ones across the ESP Eclipse menu (yes, LTD does *not* use ESP neck profiles on seemingly comparable models)


Btw I once had a Viper 400 and that thing had a chunky C profile, so it doesnt even stay constant within the same 100's series

PS on the bright side, for you at least, most LTD models have intentionally chunkier necks to upsell people who like fast and thin to pricier ESP fare
