Marshall JVM-1H 1W Head

Hello,
Ive got a Marshall JVM-1H 1W Head that has only a single 16 ohm (8 ohm min) output.
I also have 2 Marshall mini cabs with 1x10 16 ohm speakers in each. Is there any way I can hook these up at the same time, other than buying 2 new 8 ohm speakers? ( the current 16 ohm, are new greenbacks). Don’t want to go the wrong way (parallel or series – if possible) and ruin the unit. I can even rework the input jacks on the cabs if needed.
If I *have* to use only 1, I guess that’s the way Ill go I just though how cool it would be to have a fully functioning Marshall mini stack in my living room.
Thanks!

Two 16 ohm speakers in parallel = 8 ohms.

You could construct a Y speaker cable with the two jacks on the output end in parallel. (+ to + and - to -)

Do the cabs have jacks for a parallel or “pass-through” output?

I'm getting them tomorrow. My intention is to add new jacks (if needed) and probably will add a new one to the "top" cabinet for the parallel cable run down to the lower cabinet.

I have to be visual so I threw together this diagram based on Lake Placid Blues input. I need something to work from and wanted to draw out what im going to do (it helps me visualize). Do you see anything wrong with the diagram? Its really just for my brain.

Thanks!
