Morley Bad Horsie Wah

Anyone else really like these suckers?? I have been fighting GAS to buy a Fulltone Clyde Deluxe but everytime I grab the Bad Horsie I remember how much I like it. I also love how it automatically turns on when you step on it. I used to always accidentially turn on/off my Cry Baby years ago and obviously that doesn't happen with the Bad Horsie. Pretty good wah IMO. Mine is the regular Bad Horsie and not the newer Bad Horsie II.

I like that same function as well. No damn little button so to speak to click it just is on and off so you can use it easy on the fly. I wish the bad horsie had more tonal range as its Wah is kinda low but I hear the newer ones have more range (BAd Horsie 2). Are they set up the same way? Just step down for quik wah?

I use the BH2. Love it. The main BH mode is the same as the BH1 i believe, then the contour mode allows you to step on with a wah contour you set and any added gain you want in the signal. I think its brilliant. Solid as a rock, easy to use, good sounding (though not sounding like a traditional wah), i got for £70 off ebay, what more could i ask for!!!

That's how I understand it, Mr. Wolf, that the BH2 is basically the BH with the extra "channel" if you will.

I really like the BH2. It's got a great modern sounding wah sound and it's a breeze to operate. However, it hasn't totally replaced my Original Crybaby. As much as I like the BH2, there are just sometimes when you need the vintage wah vibe of the OCB.
