you really have to play em both and go with the one that feels best ... slight but very real differences in thickness, neck carve, width, and pickups make a big deal ... i've played excellent specimens of both the McC and the 22 .. i have played a couple less than good ones of each too
give the SC 245 or 250 a play too while you are there ... very happenin axes indeed
